What age is it for?
Ages 1 to 10. Vocabulary, length and tone follow your child's age. Every story is gentle, kind and violence-free.
Do I need to send a photo of my child?
No. You choose their look (skin tone, hair, clothes, glasses) and we draw their character. No photo is ever asked for.
Is it in English?
In English or French, your choice, for each child.
When does the first card arrive?
Subscribe and enter your mailing address: you have 24 hours to read their first card, then it goes to print the next business day (Monday or Tuesday if you subscribe on a Friday or over the weekend). After that, a new card every Monday. Usually allow about 10 days from printing to mailbox, sometimes more in December.
Can I read the card before it ships?
Yes. A few days before each printing, the card appears in your account. You can read it and ask for a new version, up to 3 per card. If you do nothing, it ships as-is.
